My photos are not showing up on my watch.

Please try to reboot both your phone and watch. Afterwards make sure to perform a sync in the Garmin Connect app on your phone. Then try again to long press on your photo and wait another 5 minutes for synchronisation of your photos. Keep in mind to keep your watch close to your phone during this process.

I purchased Pro or Max, but still cannot access all features on my watch.

I lost my code to link my device for uploading my photos.

You can always find your code again in the settings of the watchface in the ConnectIQ app on your phone.

I have a new watch and want to transfer my purchase.

Please contact me (details below) and send me your new linking code and the email address you used to purchase the initial license. I will transfer your license to your new watch within 24 hours.

My device doesn't support touch, how to make it sync or switch photos?

You can open the on-device settings screen quickly to perform the same logic as a touch: on most device you can long press the center left button on your watch and select Watch Face. Then choose for Customize on the Photo Pro watchface. Once the screen opened, you can close it again and it will try to switch photos and start the syncing process.
